Integrative psychotherapists usually work from a core model such as TA or Person Centred. They construct a unique blend of their core model with other systems that training at Elan provides them with. In the end every integrative psychotherapist is different utilising what works with their core model and what blends with their values. They integrate into their practice a unique synthesis of what they consider to be effective psychotherapeutic approaches.
