6-13 June, 2009: RIDING THE WINDS OF CHANGE. Change is the only thing we can reply on. As worlwide change accelerates, we need to develop new resources. Using large and small group exercises, meditation, creative activities and the power of the group process, we will be realistic and impractical, grounded and imaginative. We will laugh and cry and create a vision we can realise in order to negotiate the difficulties and opportunities change creates. Letting go of what is or what has been creates a space for you to be and do something new. Whatever changes you face, come and dream a creative solution.

7-14 February, 2009: OPENING THE HEART.

To truly connect with another, we must first be in good relationship with ourselves. Most of us long for love. We have learned to look outwards to find "the right person" who will transform us and fill us with love, believing that such a relationship will complete us. But for so many people this dream of completion is not realised because they are not in good relationship with themselves. We will identify and dissolve some of the obstacles which keep us from accepting and loving ourselves. Through the support and challenge of relationships in the group, meditations, small and large group exercises, laughter and creative work, we will see more clearly the beauty, harmony and light that is within us. From the fullness of our hearts we can connect with others in a new way.

Weekend Workshops

18 - 21 September 2009 - 4 day weekend workshop co-led by Judi Ledward and Peter Thompson. Details to be added

Ongoing Group

Judi also runs a personal and spiritual development group which meets twice a year for one week at a time. We meet once in Wales, at a beautiful holistic centre within Snowdonia National Park, and once at a charming hotel in southern Spain. The group comprises of 12 people, with a balance of men and women. People attend the group to do more intensive personal work/ as a spiritual retreat, away from everyday distractions. As a development group, members get to know one another well, and offer support and challenge. There is ample time for walking, reflection and resting during both weeks.
